This is another rune with other possible translations, some liken this to an Ulcer, but that is not how I see it. Here the torch is a sign of light and warmth. It would be needed to find your way through the darkness, if you hold it, you are the way.

Reversed Meaning
If you choose to acknowledge reversed meanings in your reading, Kennaz suggests that the torch is out or the knowledge is blocked. I also make space here for the Ulcer imagery to come back in a bit. It could mean that the warmth has become burning, like an infection. You either need to relight the flame or turn it away from yourself.
