Every other Tuesday, we meet at the Unitarian Church in Rawtenstall to share space for the Spirit of Lady Cacao.
Together we sip our cacao as we contemplate the theme of the session or the significant time of the year. This is followed by an activation practice of breathwork or meditation. Finally, I take you on a shamanic journey with the help of my shamanic drum.
It's a personal time of reflection whilst utilising the collective energy of us coming together. A unique space not to be missed.
