Transformation Blend

Ingredients

20-25g Entre Nubes, Cahabon, Caoba, or Las Marias

175ml Oat No Sugar (or another milk alternative or water)

75ml Blue Lotus Tea

0.5 tsp Lemon Balm or Extract

0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Maple Syrup

0.25 tsp Cayenne

Method

  1. Chop your cacao using a knife.

  2. Add the milk/water to a pan and warm gently. Do not boil.

  3. Steep 2 blue lotus flowers in hot water for a few minutes.

  4. Add blue lotus tea water to the milk/water.

  5. Add the chopped cacao and other ingredients.

  6. Whisk until combined and smooth.

NOTE - you can steep the blue lotus in the milk/water that you are using. If that is the case, increase the liquid to 250ml and warm slower to give the blue lotus time to infuse.

Intention

This recipe was crafted at Lammas. It is a time of harvest and transformation. I wanted a recipe to aid in your transformation. The blue lotus is the main player here and should open your crown chakra to allow for transformation. The accompanying ingredients are all good flavour pairings with blue lotus and have a connection to transformation.

Try using this recipe in a bit of a practice. Make your cup. Go to your desk or sit outside on the grass. Have a pen and paper. As you sip, write about the transformation you want to achieve. Once you have your transformation, enjoy the cacao. Then, once the cup is finished, lie down and meditate. Picture yourself in a field of golden crops, your harvest. See what comes up for you.
